From the author
In early March 1983, the author woke up in the middle of the night, ”I just had a dream in which I’m standing on a dune at the edge of a crystal ocean. In front of me there is a crowd of people and symphonic orchestration music comes out of my body in the rainbow colors and the crowd feeds on it.
At my awakening, I rush to my writing table to take everything in note what I just heard. I wrote in less than an hour four musical pieces, word and music using only my twelve-string guitar. All texts are in English whereas at the time I did not speak a word. A unique music that would make an excellent movie soundtrack.
We where at the time of disco and the production houses are not interested. This music is the basis of the science fiction novel The Candle which tells the story of the music of this dream: a change of consciousness in our society.”
